What age groups are the summer camps suitable for?
Our sport performance summer camps cater to athletes of all ages and skill levels, typically ranging from middle school to high school students. We welcome athletes from 6th grade to 12th grade.
How are the coaches selected and trained?
Our coaches are carefully selected based on their expertise, experience, and passion for coaching. They undergo rigorous training to ensure they are equipped with the latest techniques and strategies to help athletes maximize their potential and stay safe during training.
Is prior experience required to join the summer camps?
No prior experience is necessary! Our camps are designed to accommodate athletes of varying skill levels, from beginners to seasoned players. Our expert coaches will tailor the training to meet each athlete's needs and abilities.
Are there any safety measures in place during the summer camps?
The safety of our athletes is our top priority. We maintain a safe and supportive environment by adhering to strict safety protocols, providing qualified supervision at all times, and conducting regular equipment checks. Additionally, our coaches are certified in CPR and first aid.
What should my child bring to the summer camp?
We recommend bringing comfortable athletic clothing, running shoes, plenty of water, sunscreen, and an after camp snack. Additionally, don't forget to pack a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Will there be opportunities for parents to observe the camp sessions?
Parents are welcome to stay and observe the camps. We welcome parent participation and positive encouragement from the side lines.
What happens in case of inclement weather?
Camp is rain or shine. If weather is severe, we will cancel camp and provide a make-up session.
