With over 15 years of experience in the running community, Coach Francisco Gomez is a dedicated and passionate leader at Running Fit Lab in Dublin. His journey began as a competitive runner in high school and college, where he quickly discovered his talent for endurance events and a deep love for the sport. After completing numerous marathons, including the prestigious Boston and New York City Marathons, Francisco transitioned into coaching to share his expertise and enthusiasm with others.
Credentials and Expertise:
Certified Running Coach: Francisco holds certifications from the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and USA Track & Field (USATF), ensuring that his training methods are both effective and safe.
Personalized Coaching: Known for his individualized approach, Francisco tailors each training plan to meet the unique needs and goals of his athletes, from beginners to seasoned marathoners.
